Service Policies
- HOW SHIPPED? All orders are shipped via UPS. The most economical method is via UPS Ground, which generally gets product to your doorstep within 1 to 5 days from when it is shipped from our warehouse in Massachusetts. Customers in the Northeast can expect 1-2 day delivery (from time of ship) and those on the West Coast around 5 days. Customers do have the option of expediting delivery by selecting overnight air service at a premium.
- WHEN SHIPPED? Orders will be shipped during the next available "shipping window". A shipping window is a date that will ensure that the product does not ship over a weekend when UPS deliveries are not made. This is an effort to ensure that customers get the freshest possible product.
- COST OF SHIPPING? The cost of shipping is calculated automatically by software supplied by UPS. It will vary based on the location the package will be shipped to and its weight. This charge will be isolated on the checkout for customers to review before making their purchase.
- PRODUCT HANDLING? The products are designed to give customers approximately 20 days of shelf life when they arrive in the home. Obviously, the sooner consumed the better. To preserve shelf life, it is recommended that any products not to be consumed immediately, be placed into a freezer. The formulations are robust and freezing them will actually stop the natural staling process. Cookiehead products by design contain no artificial preservatives intended to extend shelf life.
